About Personal Training

Working with a Personal Trainer removes all the guesswork from your program. Your personal Trainer will use information gained from you to create motivating, effective and challenging workouts. No more repetitive programs. Your Personal Trainer will continue to adapt your program as you improve, ensuring continued results and ongoing motivation.

Where is Personal Training?

Personal training will be done wherever your goals will best be met. We generally work in the main part of the studio using a combination you ‘the machine’, bosu, stability balls, medicine balls and tubing. Weather permitting we enjoy teaching our clients to think outside the box with their training and even outside the studio! We often conduct our sessions outside in the beautiful fresh air.

 

What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp training is a great way to have fun with your friends while achieving personal fitness goals. Groups can be between 6 and 8 people. Programs will be based on the group’s goals, likes and dislikes. Bootcamp is by far one of the best ways to decrease your time spent in big gyms, to increase your results and to have some healthy competition along the way to push you to do better and achieve more!
